It all started at my kitchen table
Like so many parents, I thought feeding my baby would be one of the sweet, simple parts of motherhood. I quickly learned that real life—and real kids—don’t always work that way.
When my son Logan was a baby, mealtimes became stressful. Sometimes he would sit in his high chair. Other times, he simply wouldn’t. I found myself doing whatever I could to get him fed—even following him with food as he crawled around the house.
Then, within two weeks, Logan choked multiple times while eating in unstable positions. It scared the living daylights out of me and changed the way I looked at mealtime.
I realized Logan needed more flexibility, but every high chair I found was built around one way to eat: sitting. Kids aren’t one-size-fits-all, and their needs can change from one moment to the next.
I desperately needed a high chair that could adapt with Logan in the moment, not just as he became a toddler.
The right chair didn't exist.
So I built it.
The VezaFlex™ gives children the option to sit or, once developmentally ready, stand with support—bringing more flexibility, connection and peace of mind to mealtimes.
As the VezaFlex™ came to life, I worked alongside pediatric physicians and specialists, bringing their expertise together with what mattered most to me as a mom: thoughtful design centered around children’s safety and development.
And while the VezaFlex™ has grown far beyond my kitchen table, for me, it will always be deeply personal. It was born from a problem I never expected to have, and my hope is that what we built for my family makes life around the table a little smoother for yours.
