Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
Veza Terms & Conditions for Pre-Order of the VezaFlex™
By placing a pre-order for the VezaFlex™ Founder's Release, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Pre-order Reservation
Your pre-order reserves a VezaFlex™ Founder's Release high chair from Veza’s initial production run. A pre-order is a reservation for a future product and is not an in-stock purchase.
2. Payment
Payment is required at the time your pre-order is placed. Your pre-order purchase reserves your VezaFlex™ Founder’s Release unit and supports manufacturing, production and other efforts necessary to bring the VezaFlex™ to market.
Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is included at no additional charge. Additional shipping charges may apply for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time. You will receive advance notice before the final payment is processed. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address before final shipment.
3. Estimated Delivery
Current estimated delivery is Q2 2027. This is an estimate only. Manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory, shipping or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery timing. Veza is committed to providing customers with updates throughout production and through delivery.
4. Product Changes
The VezaFlex™ is currently in the manufacturing process. As part of final engineering, testing, manufacturing and regulatory requirements, minor updates or refinements may be made to the product’s appearance, design details, materials or features to enhance quality, safety, durability and/or performance. The final product may therefore vary slightly from the images shown.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Your pre-order purchase reserves your VezaFlex™ Founder’s Release unit and supports manufacturing, production and other efforts necessary to bring the VezaFlex™ to market.
Because these funds are committed to bringing the VezaFlex™ to market, pre-order purchases are generally non-refundable.
Veza is committed to providing customers with updates throughout production and through delivery. Delivery timing is estimated and may change based on manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory or other unforeseen circumstances. If you are purchasing based on a pregnancy, due date or anticipated stage of your child’s development, we understand that timing matters. If a significant change in our estimated delivery timing affects your family’s ability to use the VezaFlex™ as anticipated, please contact us and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
If Veza is ultimately unable to manufacture and deliver your VezaFlex™, you will receive a full refund..
6. Safety
The VezaFlex™ is intended to be used only in accordance with its instructions, safety labels, age recommendations and weight limits. Children should never be left unattended while using the product.
7. Warranty
The VezaFlex™ will include a limited warranty, the terms of which will be finalized prior to shipment and provided with the product.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Veza Innovations, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your pre-order, any delay in delivery or the use or inability to use the VezaFlex™.
Except where prohibited by law, Veza Innovations Inc.’s total liability arising from or relating to your pre-order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
