Refund policy
We want you to feel confident in your Veza purchase. Products purchased directly from Veza may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Every Veza product is made to become part of a family’s everyday life. If it isn’t the right fit for yours, we simply ask that it be returned with care.
Return Eligibility
To receive a full refund of the product purchase price, the product must be:

New or in like-new condition with no signs of use

Returned in its original packaging

Complete with all original parts, components, accessories, manuals and packaging materials
Products that show signs of use, damage, excessive wear or are returned with missing components or packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the product purchase price, depending on the condition of the returned product.
We’ll always do our best to handle returns fairly. In some cases, we may be unable to accept a return if the product is returned in a condition that does not meet the return requirements outlined above.
Return Shipping
Veza offers free shipping on your original order.
If a return is needed, we aim to make the process as simple as possible. Veza will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
For returns unrelated to a product defect, shipping damage or an error by Veza, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will inspect the product and notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, less any applicable return shipping or restocking charges.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original purchase in accordance with our Return Policy and place a new order.
Gift Returns
If you received a Veza product as a gift and would like to return it, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
